Transfers:

Arrival information:

After passing through passport control, collect your baggage and proceed through customs.
Then proceed directly to the EXIT, where, immediately outside the door, a representative will be awaiting you.
The representative will be wearing a blue uniform with the EL Tours logo on it.
The representative will also be holding a sign with the EL Tours logo on it.
Once you have identified yourself to the representative you will be escorted to your transfer vehicle.

Departure information:

You will receive departure pick up confirmation when you are welcomed at the airport upon your arrival.
During your vacation please contact our office at least 24 hours prior to departure using the contact information listed below in order to reconfirm your departure transfer and pick up time at the hotel.
We ask all guests to please plan to be at the lobby of your hotel at least fifteen minutes before transfer pick up time.
Please keep in mind that due to multiple pickups the transfer might be delayed up to fifteen minutes (unless you have booked a private transfer).
When your transfer vehicle arrives at the hotel please identify yourself to the driver who will be wearing a blue EL Tours uniform.

Cruise ships:

The Tour Departure time listed above is the LOCAL time in the port where your tour takes place.
If your ship crosses time zones, the time onboard your ship and the local time in port may be different.
While some ships adjust their clocks to match local time in port, others may keep the clocks in the time zone of the ship’s departure port.
If you are unsure what the local time is in port, please ask Guest Services on your ship.
Your tour departs from the cruise terminal building.
A representative from EL Tours, wearing a blue uniform with the EL Tours logo on it, will be waiting just inside the terminal where your ship is docked holding a sign with the blue and orange EL Tours logo on it.
Please identify yourself to this representative who will then escort you to your tour vehicle.
We ask all guests to please plan to be at the designated departure location at least fifteen minutes before tour departure time.

Hotels:

The Tour pick up time listed above is an approximate pick up time.
We ask all guests to please plan to be at the lobby of your hotel at least fifteen minutes before tour pick up time.
Please keep in mind that due to multiple pickups the tour might be delayed up to fifteen minutes.
If fifteen minutes have passed after the above pick up time please contact our office using one of the phone numbers listed below.
When the tour arrives at your hotel please identify yourself to the tour guide who will be wearing a blue EL Tours uniform.

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
  • If you are arriving on a cruise ship and your ship cancels it’s stop in Aruba for whatever reason you will receive a full refund even if we are notified of the cancellation less than 24 hours in advance.
